January 2, 2024 at 1:22 pmWe were in Chanute, Kansas for nine years. The lady who served as vice-chairman of the LBA (Bonnie Smith) had a husband named Art. We were friendly with him but he would never attend church and was not a Christian. We left there in 2000 and he was still not saved. Here in 2024, we received a card from Bonnie. She said one night they were sitting in their front room and a form appeared as a skeleton and Art said “He is coming to get me and it is the Devil!” A few nights later he told Bonnie that he had given his heart to Jesus and would attend church with her. He has not missed a service since. Over 34 years this man had been prayed for. God’s love never quits seeking to change hearts.
