Sing It Like You Mean It – Hebrews 10:24-25

24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Sermon Discussion Questions

1. What are some recognizable songs to you? Secular? Gospel?
2. Describe a time when you met publicly with a group of believers and you sensed God’s Spirit. Find a time in God’s Word that describes a time of Spirit led worship.
3. Have churches met at times and not worshipped God? Have you been in one of those services? How did it make you feel afterward?
4. What are distractions for you (and your family) of keeping the discipline of corporate worship? How have you disregarded those distractions? Do you need to re-commit to public worship?
5. What are ways that God’s Word is shared through corporate worship?
6. What is the highlight/most important part of public worship for you?
